3. Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals
ac3655 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer.
- Minimum Deposit The minimum single deposit on ac3655 is ৳200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account balance.

- Minimum Withdrawal The minimum single withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this amount will be declined.
- Withdrawal Processing Time Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.
- Withdrawal to Same Method Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever possible. ac3655 reserves the right to require matching deposit and withdrawal methods as an anti-fraud measure.
- Verification Before Withdrawal Account identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. ac3655 may request additional verification for large withdrawals or where there is a security concern.
- No Fees ac3655 does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges. ac3655 is not responsible for third-party provider fees.
- Chargebacks Prohibited Initiating a chargeback, reversal, or dispute with your payment provider in respect of a valid ac3655 deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms. ac3655 reserves the right to suspend your account and pursue recovery of any amounts subject to an unjustified chargeback.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
ac3655 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to the general bonus conditions set out below and any additional terms stated in the individual promotion's description.
Wagering Requirements
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means the bonus amount (and, where stated, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual offer.
One Bonus at a Time
Only one promotional bonus may be active on your ac3655 account at any given time. If a new deposit is made while a bonus is active, the bonus terms of the active promotion continue to apply. Players may not stack multiple bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.
Eligible Games

Bonus Abuse
ac3655 reserves the right to withhold, void, or claw back bonus funds and winnings where it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, or otherwise circumventing the spirit of a promotion. Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently suspended.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
- Bet Acceptance ac3655 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the Platform at its sole discretion, including where a market has been suspended, where odds were published in error, or where unusual betting patterns suggest match manipulation or exploitation.
- Palpable Errors Where a bet is accepted at odds or stake amounts that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), ac3655 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. This applies to both sports bets and casino game results affected by technical malfunctions.
- Game Results The result recorded in the ac3655 system is final for all casino games. Results are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software from the respective game studio (Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Spribe, etc.). In the event of a disputed result, ac3655's records take precedence.
- Sports Bet Settlement Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules stated in the relevant sportsbook market. For cricket markets, settlement follows the official result as recognised by the ICC or the relevant governing body for the tournament in question (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, etc.).

7. Prohibited Conduct

Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ac3655 excludes all liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if ac3655 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Third-Party Game Providers
ac3655 is not responsible for errors, malfunctions, or service interruptions caused by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. In the event of a verified technical error by a provider that affects a game outcome, the matter will be escalated to the relevant provider and resolved in accordance with their own rules and liability terms.
11. Privacy & Data

12. Account Closure

- Balance on Closure Where an account is closed by ac3655 due to a breach of these Terms, real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited in all cases of closure for breach.
13. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the ac3655 Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with our support team will be referred to binding individual arbitration.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact ac3655 support in good faith and allow a minimum of 30 calendar days for the matter to be investigated and resolved informally. ac3655 aims to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
14. Amendments to These Terms
ac3655 may revise these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ac3655 will update the "Last updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via the contact details held on their account.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use the Platform after updated Terms have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any revision, your sole remedy is to close your ac3655 account in accordance with Section 12 above.
